“No hotel is better situated for you to enjoy Lake Ohrid. It is right on the lake and is so serene, peaceful and beautiful. We took great pleasure sitting on the balcony enjoying the bird calls, deep blue water and clouds slipping along in the sky. The husband and wife owners were wonderful, they gave us suggestions of additional places to enjoy that we were unaware of. The meals were very good. I would come back.”

“Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. However, there were several issues: - The address provided was incorrect and led us about 2 km away from the actual location. The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold. Since the building is made of stone and poorly insulated, the electric heater provided was not powerful enough to……

“Communication with Lavdie was excellent.The apartment is located less than a 5 minute walk from the lakefront, 10 mins from numerous good restaurants, and 20 minutes from the town centre. The apartment has been recently modernised and was perfectly clean. It is stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Accessibility is excellent.There are many activities available in Pogradec and we enjoyed our stay very much.Overall Ladvie's apartment fully merits 5 stars at least.”

“Great location and friendly staff. WiFi wasn't so good. Maybe our room was too far away. It kept disconnecting and telling us to move closer to the router. Gave up on it. Door from balcony did not lock, but as we were on the third floor we didn't worry too much. We felt somewhat vulnerable though. There was a sink type plug in the shower with no release and we had to be careful not to step on it or the shower would overflow. As there was no release it took some maneuvering to pull it up……
